Our Achievements

Associated with Marine Industries:

1. Complete repairing of D- water pump and Drain pumps capacity 650 HP & 150 HP respectively. Nature of work and these pumps are to pump out dry dock water outside the dry dock.

MAJOR BOILER ASSIGNMENTS JOBS:

1. ALBORG AQ–9, complete Re-tubing with class inspection tubes.

2. ALBORG AQ–7, Cold bends and Reducers are made in-house as well as Tube plate drilling & tube plates are done in-house.

PURIFIER OVERHAULED

Purifier completely dismantled and cleaned. Inspected all the parts, renewed damaged parts and assembled back.

CAPSTAN OVERHAULED

Capstan dismantled and inspected all the parts like bearings, O-rings etc. All the O-rings renewed. Capstan assembled back as it was original.

TOWING WINCH OVERHAULED

Towing winch operated and checked all the hydraulic system and its gear and break liner. Checked all the seal and renewed leakage hydraulic seal. Winch overhauled and assembled back.
